Fitness Classes at River of Life

River of Life offers many different fitness options with convenient class schedules.

- Yoga-   Tuesday   6:30 PM
- Tai Chi and Qigong - Meets Saturdays at 9 AM (intermediate) and 10 AM (beginner) and 11 AM Qigong (seasonal)

-Zumba-  Meets Mondays and Fridays at 11AM 

-Body Sculpting - Meets Mon, Wed, Fri from 8 - 8:45 AM (call ahead to register)
